Red Cabbage Apple and Walnut Slaw

Ingredients
- 400 g red cabbage
- 1-2 apples
- walnuts (optional)
- 15 g apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp cranberry sauce (optional)
- salt, pepper
Instructions
- Shred the cabbage, apples and walnuts using a food processor
- Place the apple cider vinegar, canola oil, maple syrup and cranberry sauce
- Season with salt and pepper
