Instructions

  1. cook the buckwheat per instructions
  2. drain the buckwheat and mix it with the olive oil and vinegar, salt and pepper
  3. toss in onion and herbs
  4. carefully fold in the figsĀ 
  5. add pomegrante seeds just before serving
